Why this tool exists
In late October 2026 a short clip of someone sitting on the wrong piece of furniture in a design-heavy cafe started spreading on TikTok and X. Many people wanted to post their own version, but very few live near a cafe with wall perches, and filming in a real cafe needs the owner's permission and a steady camera.
We built this tool so anyone with a photo can join the joke from a phone or a laptop, without installing an app or learning a video editor. You upload a photo, check the quote and download a clip that is ready to post.
How the Fancy Cafe AI video tool works
Behind the studio is a fixed recipe written for this one meme. When you start a generation, your photos and the scene description are sent to an AI video generation provider, which creates the clip with Seedance 2.0 Mini. The output is always 10 seconds long, vertical 9:16, at 480p.
The scene is the same for everyone: a bare concrete room with slim wooden pillars, small shapes fixed to the wall, a takeaway cup and an awkward smile at the end. What changes is who is in it. With one photo you are alone; with two, your friend is already sitting calmly on a perch while you work out where to sit.

What we do not do
We do not accept photos of public figures, we only accept children's photos from their parent or guardian, and we ask every user to confirm they have permission to use each photo. Pets are not supported in this version.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your photos to train AI models. Photos are used to generate the video you asked for, to check uploads against our content rules and to keep your result available to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
What the results can and cannot do
Results are generated by AI and can vary from one attempt to the next. Faces, hands and clothing may not match your photo exactly, especially when the photo is dark, small or filtered. The cafe in the clip is generated and is not a real place you can visit.
If the provider confirms that a generation failed, the reserved credits return to your balance automatically. A finished clip that you simply do not like is not a failure; the refund rules for unused credits are set out in the Terms of Service.
Who Fancy Cafe AI is for
The tool is for anyone who saw the meme and wanted to be in it: friends who want a duo version to post together, couples who want a first-date take, and solo posters who just want to play the confused newcomer. Three of the example clips on our pages were shared on X by their creators and are credited by handle; the couple clip was generated with MiniMax-H3. None were made with this site's studio.
Respecting the people in the clips
Memes are made by real people. We credit every example clip that someone else shared to the account that shared it, and anyone who finds their image used without permission can report it on the copyright and likeness complaint page without creating an account. We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
Payments and support
Credits are sold through PayPal, either as one-time packs that do not expire or as monthly and yearly plans, and the prices are listed on the pricing page. Signed-in users can reach us through support tickets, and anyone can email support@fancy-cafe.com.
