Our support inbox is support@fancy-cafe.com. It is the only contact address for Fancy Cafe AI, and it handles help with the studio, credits, PayPal payments, refunds, privacy and data deletion requests.
What to include
- Your account email — The address you signed in with, so we can find your videos and orders.
- Task or order details — The time of the generation or the PayPal transaction reference, if the question is about a video or a payment.
- What happened — A short description of the problem and, if it helps, a screenshot.
Please do not send
Do not send passwords, card numbers, bank details or API keys. We will never ask for them by email.
