What we collect
- Account data — Your email address and sign-in details when you create an account.
- Photos you upload — The photos you add to the studio, used to generate your video.
- Generated videos — The clips you create, stored so you can view and download them in My videos.
- Payment records — Order amounts, credits and PayPal transaction references. Card and bank details are handled by PayPal and are not stored by us.
- Usage data — Basic server logs about how pages are used.
- Analytics — On fancy-cafe.com we use Google Analytics 4 and pvuv.ai to see which pages are helpful. For visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland and South Korea (and whenever your country cannot be determined), they load only after you choose "Allow analytics". Elsewhere they load by default, and you can turn them off at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Advertising services are not active.
How we use it
We use your photos only to generate the video you asked for, to check uploads against our content rules and to keep your result available to you. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
Service providers
To run the service we use hosting and storage providers, an AI video generation provider that processes your photos to create your clip, and PayPal to process payments. They receive only what they need for that task.
How long we keep data
Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept while your account is active so you can access your results. You can ask us to delete them, or your whole account, through a support ticket. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can access, correct or delete your data, withdraw analytics consent and close your account. Email us at support@fancy-cafe.com or open a support ticket after signing in. If you are not a user, use the copyright and likeness complaint page.
Children
The service is not intended for children. A child's photo may only be uploaded by their parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
