The service
Fancy Cafe AI generates short AI videos from photos you upload. Results are generated by AI and may vary; the studio shows the credit cost before each generation.
Your photos and consent
You may upload only photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Photos of children may only be uploaded by their parent or guardian. Photos of public figures, sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content are not allowed. You must not use the service to mislead people about who did or said something.
Your videos
You may use the videos you create for personal, non-commercial sharing, subject to these terms and to the rights of anyone who appears in them. You are responsible for how you share them. We may remove content that breaks these terms or that we receive a valid complaint about.
Credits and payment
Generations use credits. Credits are sold as one-time packs or as subscriptions and are paid through PayPal. Credits from one-time packs do not expire; subscription credits follow their billing period. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them.
Refunds
If the provider confirms a generation failure, the reserved credits return to your balance automatically. A render that completes but that you do not like is not a failed render; if a delivered file is unusable, open a support ticket with the task identifier.
A credit pack that is entirely unused can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. A partially used pack can be refunded within the same 7 days for its unused credits, valued at that pack's per-credit price. After 7 days, or for credits already used, purchases are final.
You can cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Billing; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. A subscription charge can be reviewed for a refund within 7 days if none of that period's credits were used. We do not give prorated refunds for partial periods.
Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Fancy Cafe AI is a fan-made tool inspired by a viral meme and is not affiliated with the original video creators or with any cafe or brand.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Complaints and contact
To report content that uses your work, image or voice without permission, email support@fancy-cafe.com or follow the steps on the copyright and likeness complaint page. No account is needed.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
