Short answer
Your photos are processed to create the video you request, check uploads and keep results available. They remain in private storage; finishing a render does not delete them, and there is no fixed automatic deletion period.
Where your photo goes
Crun receives the required photos and scene description for Seedance video generation. SeeAPI checks prompt text and uploaded photos before generation. If you request optional upscaling, your video goes through Kie to Topaz. These providers operate under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Cloudflare R2 stores production photos and videos privately; the database keeps links and task metadata. Viewing private media requires account authorization or a time-limited link for the requested operation. Public example clips are a separate gallery; uploading a photo does not make it a gallery entry.
How long files and records remain
There is no automatic photo or video deletion after a set number of days. A completed task keeps its input photos and output so you can access your results. A temporary access link expiring is not the same as deleting the underlying file.
You can request removal of photos, videos or your account. Payment and credit records may remain for accounting, support and abuse prevention. We do not promise that backups disappear at the same time, or a specific deletion deadline in provider systems. Consented browser analytics events are retained for 90 days; that is not a photo-retention limit.
How to request deletion or report misuse
Email support@fancy-cafe.com or open a support ticket after signing in. Say whether the request concerns an upload, a generated video or the account, and include the relevant task reference if available. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
If someone used your image without permission, the copyright and likeness complaint page accepts reports without an account. It explains the information needed to identify the content and the rights involved. Deletion requests and payment refunds are separate processes.
What the safety checks do
The service checks prompt text and input images through SeeAPI before generation. Users must confirm permission for the people shown; public figures are not accepted, and a child’s photo may only be uploaded by a parent or guardian. The service is not intended for children.
We do not claim that every completed video receives a separate safety review. Review your AI-generated result before sharing. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our policy states that we do not sell personal data or use your photos to train AI models; this is not a claim about a provider’s entire business.
Accounts, payments and your choices
PayPal processes payment details; we retain order and credit records, not card or bank details. Google or GitHub handles sign-in when enabled, and Resend handles account email when enabled. Google Analytics 4 and pvuv.ai receive usage events according to the analytics consent settings; change them through Cookie settings in the footer.
